The high – temperature strength of these Carbon Steel Socket Weld Tee Fittings is basically the same as stainless steel in the range of 950 Degree C – 1150 Degree C. Our Carbon Steel Threaded Union Fittings has enhanced pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in comparison with the ordinary austenitic or stainless steel types and is suitable for use in aggressive environments. Solution annealing in these Carbon Steel Forged Threaded Coupling should be carried out after hot working, where this is due to the higher additions of chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen.
