Incoloy 825 Threaded Tee (UNS N08825) is an austenitic nickel – iron – chromium – molybdenum – copper alloy containing high levels of chromium, molybdenum, nickel and copper to provide high levels of corrosion resistance to both moderately oxidizing and moderately reducing environments. Incoloy 825 Forged Threaded Elbow is used in chemical processing, nuclear fuel reprocessing, acid production, propeller shafts and oil and gas well piping. The hot – working range for Incoloy 825 Forged Socket Weld Cross is 1600 to 2150 Degree F, where most any commercial coolant may be used in the machining operations.
The high nickel content gives Incoloy Alloy 825 Forged Threaded Fittings exceptional resistance to general corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion, inter – granular corrosion as well as stress corrosion cracking. These Incoloy 825 Forged Threaded Bushing has excellent resistance to reducing and oxidizing acids, along with good resistance to stress – corrosion cracking.
